Equality Target

Our School Development Plan seeks to address our Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED) through addressing the needs of all Disabled and Special Educational Needs (DSEN) learners.
Improvement Area 1: Attainment and Progress:

  • All pupils achieve expected attainment (barring significant cognitive difficulties). At least 50% achieve above expected attainment across the school.

Success Criteria:
This pattern of achievement and these expectations are reflected in all cohorts throughout the school:
  • Highest possible level of challenge for at least top 50% in each class (linked to performance management)
